• ?3-PC Severe Service Metal Seated Ball Valve, BV3 Series?

  Zero Leakage Severe Service Ball Valve in a 3 PC Design. For use in the high temperature, high pressure and abrasive conditions found in Petroleum, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Pulp and Paper and Mining. 
  
  Features include an oversized/bow-out proof stem, carbide sealing areas and fire safe design. They come in a variety of end connections including swe, threaded and butt weld. Sizes to 1/2" to 4". Available in CF8M (316ss) and A216-WCB. In Stock and well priced.

• Severe Service Metal Seated Ball Valves with Cast Bodies

  These full bore, high cycle valves are available in 150#, 300# and 600# ANSI Class. They also feature flanged end connections, carbon steel (WCB) or stainless (A353-CF8M) bodies, live loaded Graphoil packing assemblies and carbide sealing areas applied by Copeland's HVOF processes. This is an economical solution for light abrasives and high temperature services using flanged valves with carbon steel and stainless steel bodies.

• Copeland Severe Service Metal Seated Power Valves

  Copeland assisted in the early design of these types of valves for drain and fill applications in Power Plants and Steam Generation facilities. Today, the valves are made in a variety of sizes, pressure classes (up to 4500# ANSI) and materials. Previously marketed under the Fisher brand. High pressure drops, high temperature steam and upset conditions demand a rugged valve. These are available in one and two-piece designs and a wide variety of materials including F22, A105, F11, F91, 316ss and many others.
